Payment Terms

All orders require pre-payment in FULL to reserve the desired date and time.

50% of the total is non-refundable. Payments must be made via PayPal or Venmo once the payment details have been provided. A Credit Card option is also available. All payments will include a 3.5% transaction fee that the various vendors charge.

Orders and dates are not held and secure until payment is received. There is a 48hour courtesy period between providing the final quote and receiving payment before releasing the date and time to someone else.

Artistic License Disclaimer

All orders are made as individual pieces of art and unique to every order, while we do allow requests for flowers and colours the final decision lies with the artist/baker, we will do our best to accommodate requests. All products are handmade and unique, so no two are ever the same. As such elements used in each design will differ, things such as glitter, edible paint, gold leaf, fresh flowers and dragees, depending on their availability. If a certain styling element is unavailable Bohemian Robsidy will replace the element with another to maintain the artistic integrity of the finished cake/bouquet. None of our products will ever replicate or look identical to another photo and we will not make a copy of another baker's work.

Bohemian Robsidy is not able to provide a refund for a product that does not look identical to another photo.

Order Cancelations and Refunds 

For a 50% refund, cancelations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the scheduled pick up time only. No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled less than 7days notice due to costs incurred by the initiations of an order. If a prepaid order is not collected by a customer at the pre-arranged pick-up time, Bohemian Robsidy is unable to provide a refund.

Damage 

Bohemian Robsidy is not responsible for any damage that may occur to an order after pick-up or delivery. Bohemian Robsidy takes all care and effort to ensure the integrity and quality of all products. All orders that leave our kitchen are created with the highest care possible. Once an order is received by a customer from the Bohemian Robsidy premises or otherwise agreed location, we relinquish all responsibility for an order's condition and appearance as we no longer have control over the product. We provide all customers with care and handling instructions verbally. If an order is  damaged in transit or anywhere that is not the Bohemian Robisdy premises, it is at Boehmian Robsidy discretion to remedy accidental customer damage.

Ingredients and Seasonality

Bohemian Robsidy uses seasonal speciality ingredients often, however sometimes seasonal ingredients and certain speciality imported items may not be available when supplies for your order are being acquired.nIf this occurs you will be contacted immediately to select an alternative flavour or opt for a refund.

Local Pick Up Policy

All orders are to be picked up from East Cobb, Willow Point, Marietta. The address will be disclosed after payment is received.

In the days leading up to your arranged pick up date, we will arrange a pick up time reserved just for you. Because everything is made fresh to order, we schedule pick up times (not windows) to best accommodate multiple orders daily and other business operations. Changing times or tardy arrivals can seriously affect our business and punctuality for others. We allow a 20min courtesy period window for unexpected delays. Late arrivals after that courtesy period who do not contact us are liable to not receive their order upon arrival as we may no longer be on site. Pickups may be rescheduled (time dependent on availability) but items will not be remade fresh.

Order Changes

Changes can be made to orders up to 5 days prior to the scheduled pick up time. All changes must be submitted to bohemian.robsidy@gmail.com

Licensing and Allergens

Bohemian Robsidy operates out of a home kitchen which has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Agriculture of GA. Bohemian Robsidy is a Cottage Food operation that is not subject to routine government safety inspections. We do offer some products for allergens such as Gluten-Free, Dairy Free and Vegan, all of these items need to be requested specifically. PLEASE NOTE that while we do take care when preparing these food items, these premises are NOT nut and gluten free, traces of soy and nuts may be present due to food being prepared in a kitchen where those ingredients are present. Please let Bohemian Robsidy know if you suffer from any allergy or sensitivity when placing your order, so that we may take extra precautions.

Wedding Deposit and Payment Terms

Weddings can be booked up to 6 months in advance and no less than 1 month in advance. Minimum order requirement for advance booking is $500.

Wedding cakes require a 25% deposit to secure the date. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. This deposit is applied to your total balance and reserves your date until the remaining balance is due.

Remaining balance is due  30days prior to the wedding date. Once full balance is paid, the total order is non-refundable. Late payment could result in loss of your wedding date reservation and the loss of your deposit. Only full payment at this stage guarantees a cake on your wedding date.

Cancellations do not result in the refund of the initial deposit.

Headcount reductions should be made before the balance due date as it is the last opportunity for pricing adjustments. No further changes to color, design and size can be made after this point as materials and speciality ingredients will be purchased and ordered.

Changes that increase order total (head count, small design additions) can be made up to 15 days prior & balance difference paid accordingly, after which no more changes can be applied to the order. Changes that reduce the cost of the order will not receive any refunds at the stage as all relevant supplies & prep for your order has already been initiated.

Wedding Tastings

Tastings are reserved for wedding cakes quoted at $500 and up.

Supplementary Cakes

Supplementary cakes can be made for a larger head-count to accommodate more guests than the main cake can serve. Supplementary cakes have a lower serving cost than the display cake and are an available option for any wedding cake serving at least 78. Supplementary cakes are not offered as a service for cakes that serve less than that. Bohemian Robisdy will only make a display cake for a wedding or event in which all guests are served cake made by the same. to avoid reputation damages, confusion and quality control issues, Bohemian Robsidy will not make a cake for events serving sheet cake for events serving sheet cakes from another vendor. Bohemian Robsidy reserves the right not to deliver the display cake should it discover that another cake be served to guests. Guests will assume the person who made the display cake is the person who made the cake they are eating. This does not apply to other desserts on the dessert table.

Florals

Bohemian Robisdy is not responsible for food borne illness as a result of improper handling of florals or other entities outside of our kitchen. When we are responsible for the florals, they will always fit the cake's aesthetic & can be appropriately handled with food safety in mind (cleaning stems, individually wrapping them before placement, organic flowers when possible etc.) If you opt to have someone else add florals to your cake you acknowledge & accept that the finished look of the cake may differ from your original vision & that the florals may be improperly handled. Any damage caused by other parties when adding florals, toppers or other decorative objects is not the responsibility of Bohemian Robsidy. A waiver will need to be signed if you opt out of Bohemian Robsidy being in charge of floral placement. 

Bohemian Robsidy is happy to work with your florist and use any pre-paid florals on your cake.

Delivery Policy

Bohemian Robsidy offers a delivery service for a fee, that will guarantee a customer's order arrived in the condition intended. Bohemian Robsidy will repair or remedy any damage, if it occurs in transit with Bohemian Robsidy delivery service. Our delivery service is subject to the delivery location and the availability of our driver requires approval from Bohemian Robsidy. If we are able to deliver to your location, we will arrange for the order to be delivered to the address provided by the time agreed upon. Customers must ensure a person is available to receive a delivery during the time agreed upon. In the event where the driver arrives at a location & is not able to deliver the cake, the driver will not be able to wait, & the cake will be returned to Bohemian Robsidy's premises, at the customer's expense. Once a Cake is delivered Bohemian Robsidy releases all responsibility for the condition of the cake. Bohemian Robsidy will not be held responsible for the condition of an order after the cake has been received by the venue or customer.
